Returning Furniture and Decor.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes things don't work out, that's why returns for our items can be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, as well as any credit card processing fees.

Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through S16 Home. Any international sales will not be eligible for return, and returns of customized order items are at S16 Home's discretion. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost.

If Your Item Arrived Damaged.

Rest assured that any item that arrives damaged is covered by our return policy. Once an item is reported damaged on delivery, it is not treated as a standard return, because we need to determine how the damage has occurred. For any shipments that are cited as damaged in transit, we will need relevant images and documentation so we can properly submit a claim to the carrier. This has to be fulfilled within 7 days of the shipped date or the delivery date of the order.

7 Day Return Shipment Window.

Approved parcel returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label for standard return shipments, or the return will be considered void. Approved freight returns will need to be professionally crated and shipped via freight or white glove methods. The return shipping quote must be accepted no later than 7 days from the quote provided or the return will be considered void.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment.

For approved furniture and decor returns that have not yet left the warehouse, buyers will not be reimbursed for any credit card processing fees, and are responsible for any non-refundable shipping or insurance costs associated with booking the shipping provider.
