We are very interested in industrial, architectural, contemporary, mid-century modern, rustic, machine age, Art Deco, maritime, post-war and primitive styles. All pieces must be in excellent condition, however with vintage items distress can also be desirable.

If it's a good fit we will arrange an appraisal and work with you on the initial listing price. We will then ask you to arrange delivery to our warehouse where we take care of the rest.

Our service includes creating professional photographs and a detailed description of your item. We then list it on several online marketplaces including 1stdibs. We manage all payment and shipping details, using delivery movers and well-known commercial services for smaller items.

When your item sells, S16 Home will pay you the Sale Amount, less Commission and any Transaction Fees such as credit card transaction costs. The Commission percentage is 50%. For full details please download our CONTRACT.
