Delivery within the contiguous United States.
Shipping methods are determined by types of items ordered. Smaller items generally ship UPS, furniture and larger items ship with uShip carriers, and local delivery with Lugg movers. Your cart will reflect the delivery options available for your order. For expedited shipping, delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or international shipping contact the store 415.496.0197 prior to placing the order.
- UPS: Smaller parcels ship via UPS, delivered Monday – Saturday. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days from shipment date.
- uShip: Furniture and larger parcels will be delivered via uShip carriers. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks from shipment date (within the contiguous US). 4-hour delivery window.
- Lugg: Bay Area furniture ships with Lugg movers. Typical delivery takes 1–3 days from date of purchase. 2-hour delivery window.
