Antique Oak Victor Gramophone Talking Machine c.1910
ABOUT
An early 20th century Victor "His Master's Voice" gramophone with an Oak case that features four fluted corner pilasters, black metal arm with original gold design and a large, black metal and brass horn with original Nipper logo on the side. Metal and wood hand crank on the side. The needle arm has an nickle body with a glass needle gauge. The brass tag on the body reads: Victor "His Master's Voice" Type Vic II with serial number 43229.
Includes a Victor vinyl record: "Collegiate-Shimmy Fox Trot" Side A and "Look At Those Eyes-Fox Trot" Side B, circa 1908.
In good working order. The hand crank works properly. After cranking the hand crank several times and then sliding the lever to the right, the turn table spins. The nickel arm is placed on the record and music begins to play.

The Victor Talking Machine Company was an American recording company and phonograph manufacturer that operated independently from 1901 until 1929 when the company was purchased by the Radio Corporation of America and subsequently operated as the RCA Victor Division of the Radio Corporation of America.
