Depression Era Expanded Metal Mesh Waste Basket c.1930
ABOUT
An original depression era industrial factory or office waste basket with flared rolled top and mesh body. The basket is composed of a single section of sheet metal which is "slitted and expanded" to form a uniform diamond mesh. Original embossed manufacture's mark on the bottom. The basket retains much of the original paint.
