An antique Singer sewing machine stool. A well crafted piece with a cast iron base and round legs. Pre-drilled holes so you one can fix it to the floor for added stability and a swivel mechanism to adjust the seating height.

HISTORY
Besides sewing machines, the Singer Company manufactured furniture for the textile industry— the Singer stool being one of the most popular pieces. The stool went through multiple iterations over the years and this one is the earlier model featuring 3 rounded legs (the later ad more common model feature 4 straight legs).
