An antique Murray Mercury tricycle featuring ultra-rare solid stamped-steel "no-spoke" rear wheels and a classic arched frame. It boasts a heavy, steel frame with Clipper "puncture proof" tires. Art Deco styling throughout with original metal maker's label.
For decorative purposes and not recommended for children.

- CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Functions well. Rides very smoothly. Wear is consistent with age and use, including areas of paint loss, oxidation on the frame and wheels, and missing hand grips. Some silver spray paint to tires.

HISTORY
Founded in 1919 in Cleveland, Ohio, Murray Ohio originally manufactured fenders, fuel tanks, and other stamped body parts for the growing automotive industry. By the mid-1930s, the company expanded into children’s products, producing pedal cars, wagons, and bicycles.
