- CONDITION Good-Fair. Wear consistent with age and use. The typewriter needs servicing. The lever that advances the carriage is broken. (The carriage can be returned by hand.) Paper doesn't roll in properly. Ribbon needs changing. It has smooth typing and the carriage advances. Keys do not stick
