A plaster cast of a female torso by Christopher Tucker. Christopher Tucker was a famous makeup artist who was well known to have created John Hurt’s prosthetics for The Elephant Man and Michael Crawford’s mask in The Phantom of the Opera.

This particular piece came from his personal collection named “Amanda”.

Christopher Tucker was a British make-up artist for theater and film. He specialized in the creation of prosthetic make-up for horror films. Among his notable works were the make-up effects for The Elephant Man, The Company of Wolves, and the stage musical The Phantom of the Opera.
