HISTORY
Bitossi Ceramiche, founded in Tuscany in 1921 by Guido Bitossi, evolved from traditional tile-making to become a major force in Italian design, especially after World War II when Aldo Londi became creative director in 1946, ushering in the iconic mid-century modern era with the famous Rimini Blu collection (1959) and collaborations with designers like Ettore Sottsass, blending historic craft with bold, contemporary style.
