French Baker's Marble Work Table, c.1800

ABOUT
This an original 19th c. French baker's work table. The table is constructed of two separate cast iron legs with a 3" diameter wood foot rest. The legs are bolted to pieces of wood painted black. The marble slab rests on this base. Base is excellent. The base may have been repainted but not entirely sure. Marble top is in good condition. It does have a surface crack denoted in pictures. The top is structurally sound. Minor chip on one corner. The bolts and wood underneath this piece are new.
