HISTORY
Designed in 1944, the designer showed an early interest in the rocking chair as a design object and J16 was one of his first chairs ever put into production. FDB Møbler, this chair's manufacturer, that aspired to produce pieces that would be available to everyone, with simple and versatile products that fit into everyday life. Since the start of the 40s, FDB Møbler has created some of the most iconic furniture of our time. This was and remains one of their most successful ones.
